Vegetables
- 50g maitake mushrooms
- 🥬 3 lettuce leaves
- 2 shiso leaves
Protein
- 🥚 2 beaten eggs
- 3 tbsp shirasu
Grains
- 🍚 400g cooked rice
Seasoning
- 2 tsp chicken stock powder
- 🧂 1 tsp soy sauce

- 1 tbsp salad oil
