- 🍤 4 headless shrimp (90g)
Vegetables
- 1 pack maitake mushrooms (100g)
- 🧅 1/2 stalk green onion

- 🧈 10g salted butter
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp ponzu soy sauce
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper

Remove the shells from the shrimp, leaving the tails intact. Devein the shrimp and rinse under running water. Pat dry with paper towels.
Separate the maitake mushrooms into small clusters. Slice the green onion diagonally into 1cm-wide pieces.
Place half the shrimp, maitake mushrooms, and green onion on a sheet of parchment paper. Add half of the seasonings (sake, ponzu soy sauce, salt, and pepper). Wrap the ingredients securely. Repeat to make two packets. Place the packets on a microwave-safe plate and heat at 600W for 3 minutes. Add butter while still hot.
