- 🐟 250g seared bonito
Vegetables
- 🌱 1 bag bean sprouts
Liquid
- 💧 1 tbsp water
Seasonings
- 🍋 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- 🥢 2 tsp soy sauce
- 🧄 1 tsp grated garlic

Place the bean sprouts and 1 tbsp of water in a microwave-safe container. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 4 minutes. Rinse under cold water, drain, and squeeze out excess water.
Cut the seared bonito into 1cm wide slices.
In a bowl, mix the seasonings (lemon juice, olive oil, salt, soy sauce, and grated garlic). Add the bonito slices and prepared bean sprouts, mix well, and refrigerate for about 5 minutes before serving.
