Main Ingredients
- 200g fried tofu
- 100g boiled octopus
- 🧅 1/4 onion, sliced
- 30g frozen edamame
Marinade
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp mustard
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt

Wrap the fried tofu in paper towels and microwave at 600W for 90 seconds. Cut into 1cm wide pieces.

Slice the onion thinly and soak in water to remove sharpness. Drain well. Defrost edamame and remove from pods.

Cut the boiled octopus into bite-sized pieces.

Mix all marinade ingredients in a bowl.

Combine tofu, octopus, onion, and edamame in the bowl with the marinade. Mix well.
