Mince the onion.
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat, add ground meat, and cook until the color changes. Add minced onion and sauté until softened.
Add the canned tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce, consomme, sugar, salt, pepper, and milk to the pan. Mix well and bring to a boil. Add the rice and stir gently to combine. Simmer for 3 minutes.
Place the pizza cheese in the center of the pan, cover with a lid, and cook on low heat for 1-2 minutes until the cheese melts. Remove the lid and cook on medium heat for another 1-2 minutes to evaporate excess moisture and create a crispy edge.
