Rice
- 🍚 2 bowls cooked rice (400g)
Meat
- 🥩 18 slices thinly sliced pork belly (270g)
Oil
- 1 tsp salad oil
Seasoning
- White sesame seeds to taste
- 🧅 Chopped green onion to taste
- 1 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 🧂 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
단계
Divide the cooked rice into 9 portions. Wrap each portion in plastic wrap and shape into squares.
Place 2 slices of pork belly in a cross shape, and put one rice portion in the center. Wrap the pork around the rice completely. Repeat for all 9 portions.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Place the wrapped rice balls seam-side down and cook until golden brown, turning to cook evenly.
Remove excess oil with a paper towel, add the seasoning mixture, and coat the rice balls evenly. Sprinkle with chopped green onion and white sesame seeds.
