Meat
- 🐖 250g thinly sliced pork belly
Vegetables
- 100g mizuna, cut into 5cm pieces
- 🍄 100g maitake mushrooms, broken into pieces
- 100g bean sprouts
- 1/2 leek, thinly sliced diagonally
Soup Base
- 1/2 tbsp Japanese dashi powder
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 💧 500ml water

Mix the soup base ingredients (dashi powder, salt, soy sauce, and water) in a bowl.
Prepare the vegetables: cut mizuna into 5cm pieces, break maitake mushrooms into bite-sized pieces, and slice the leek thinly on a diagonal.
Lay out the pork belly slices, place mizuna, maitake, and bean sprouts on top, and roll them tightly.
Arrange the meat rolls in a pot, place the sliced leek in the center, pour the soup base over, and cook on medium heat until the meat is fully cooked.
