Filling
- 1 stick mentaiko (60g)
- 🧀 3 slices cheese
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- Salad oil as needed
Dough
- 100g all-purpose flour
- 🧂 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
- 💧 200ml water

Mix all dough ingredients in a bowl until smooth.

Heat a frying pan with salad oil and spread it thinly using a paper towel. Pour the batter and spread it into a round shape. Flip when the surface dries.

Spread 1/3 of the mayonnaise and mentaiko on the cooked dough, then place a slice of cheese on top.

Fold both ends of the dough and roll it tightly. Cook until browned on the surface. Repeat for the remaining two burritos.
