Vegetables
- 🥔 2 medium potatoes (about 200g)
Seafood
- 1 piece of mentaiko
Cheese / Dairy
- 🧀 1 slice of cheese
- 🥛 2 tbsp milk
- 🧈 10g salted butter
Seasoning
- 🧂 A pinch of salt
- 1/2 tsp soy sauce

- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour

Wash the potatoes thoroughly, wrap them in wet plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 5 minutes.
Peel the potatoes while hot, mash them in a bowl until smooth, and mix in salt, flour, and milk.
Divide the mixture into 4 portions, flatten each, and wrap a small folded piece of cheese and a portion of mentaiko inside. Shape into balls. Repeat for all 4 pieces.
Heat butter in a frying pan, place the potato balls in, and cook until browned. Flip, cover with a lid, and cook on low heat for 5 minutes. Add soy sauce and coat evenly.
