Base
- 🍚 2 bowls cooked rice (300g)
- 1 piece mentaiko
- 🌰 1 tbsp white sesame seeds
- 🧂 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🧀 20g pizza cheese
- 🧅 A pinch of chopped green onion
Butter Soy Sauce
- 🧂 2 tsp soy sauce
- 🧈 20g butter

Cut open the mentaiko and extract the contents.
In a bowl, mix the cooked rice, white sesame seeds, and soy sauce. Shape into 4 rice balls using plastic wrap.
In another bowl, mix the mentaiko and mayonnaise.
Place the butter and soy sauce in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely, and microwave at 600W for 30 seconds.
Place the rice balls on a baking tray lined with aluminum foil. Top each rice ball with the mentaiko mixture and pizza cheese. Bake in a toaster oven for about 10 minutes until golden brown.
Serve on a plate, garnish with chopped green onion, and drizzle with the butter soy sauce.
