Base
- 🍚 2 bowls cooked rice (300g)
Topping
- 1 piece mentaiko (50g)
- Sufficient amount of shredded nori
- 🧅 Sufficient amount of chopped green onion
Tororo White Cream
- 200g grated yam
- 2 tbsp concentrated soy sauce (3x)
- A pinch of pepper
- 🧀 4 tbsp pizza cheese

Cut the mentaiko open and extract the contents. Reserve half for topping.

Grate the yam.

Mix the grated yam, half of the mentaiko, soy sauce, pepper, and cheese in a bowl.

Place the cooked rice in a heatproof dish and pour the yam mixture over it. Bake in a toaster oven for about 10 minutes until golden brown.

Top with shredded nori, chopped green onion, and the reserved mentaiko.
