재료
Noodles
- 150g somen noodles
Seafood
- 50g mentaiko
Vegetables
- 100g nagaimo
- 1/4 pack kaiware sprouts
Seasoning
- 1 tsp mentsuyu (3x concentrated)
- 1/4 tsp dashi powder
- 30cc hot water
Toppings
- 1 tbsp agedama (tempura flakes)
- To taste shredded nori

Place nagaimo in a plastic bag and crush it with a rolling pin. Cut the roots off kaiware sprouts and halve them.
Cut open the mentaiko and extract the roe, reserving a small amount for garnish.
Mix hot water and dashi powder in a bowl to prepare dashi. In another bowl, combine crushed nagaimo, dashi, mentsuyu, and mentaiko to make tororo sauce.
Boil somen noodles according to package instructions. Rinse under cold water to remove starch and drain well.
Plate the somen noodles, top with tororo sauce, garnish with reserved mentaiko, kaiware sprouts, agedama, and shredded nori.
