- 🐖 150g pork loin shabu-shabu slices
Vegetables
- 🥬 3 lettuce leaves (90g)
- 🥑 1 avocado
- 🍅 1 tomato (200g)
Seasoning
- A splash of sake
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp curry powder
- A pinch of pepper
Toppings
- A drizzle of mayonnaise
- 🧀 20g shredded cheese (for raw consumption)

Cut lettuce into 1cm strips. Slice avocado lengthwise, remove the pit, peel, and dice into 1.5cm cubes. Halve the tomato, remove the stem, and dice into 1.5cm cubes.
Boil water in a pot, reduce to low heat, and add sake. Cook pork slices one at a time until they change color, drain, and let cool. Repeat for remaining pork slices.
Mix all sauce ingredients (marked with ☆) in a bowl.
Arrange lettuce, pork, avocado, and tomato on a plate in layers. Drizzle sauce and mayonnaise, then sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
