- 🍚 2 bowls cooked white rice (400g)
- 🥩 200g sliced beef
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced

- Shichimi to taste

Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 2 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🧂 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp vinegar
- 1/2 tsp dashi powder
