Grate the onion and carrot into a microwave-safe container. Add ground meat and flour, then mix well.
Add all seasoning ingredients (marked ☆), mix thoroughly, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes until the meat is cooked.
Stir the mixture well, cover loosely again, and microwave at 600W for another 2 minutes.
Serve the cooked curry over rice, garnish with Italian parsley and cherry tomatoes.
