- 8 slices pork belly (130g)
Vegetables
- 🥬 1/4 head cabbage
- 🧅 1/3 stalk green onion
Seasoning
- 🧂 Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp sake
Sauce
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil

Cut the cabbage in half and shred it finely. Mince the green onion.
Lay out one slice of pork belly, season with salt and pepper, and place 1/8 of the shredded cabbage on top. Roll the pork around the cabbage. Repeat for all 8 rolls.
Place the rolls on a microwave-safe plate, drizzle with sake, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 3 minutes or until the pork is cooked through.
Mix the minced green onion with sugar, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil in a bowl to make the sauce.
Arrange the cooked rolls on a serving plate and drizzle the sauce over them.
