- 🐟 1 fillet fresh salmon (100g)
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- 1/2 tsp vegetable oil

- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar

Spinach Sesame Salad
- 🥬 50g spinach
- 1 tbsp white sesame seeds
- 🍬 1/4 tsp sugar
- 🥢 1/2 tsp soy sauce
