- 🍗 1 piece (250g) chicken thigh
Vegetables
- 1/2 bunch garlic chives
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/3 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tbsp white sesame seeds
- 🧄 A pinch of garlic paste

Cut the garlic chives into 4cm pieces.
Slice the chicken thigh into 1cm strips and place in a microwave-safe container. Sprinkle sugar and massage into the chicken. Let sit for 10 minutes.
Add sake and salt to the chicken, mix well, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 4 minutes.
Add garlic chives and the sauce ingredients (sesame oil, white sesame seeds, garlic paste) to the chicken. Mix well, cover loosely again, and let sit for 5 minutes.
