Wrapper
- 8 large dumpling wrappers
Vegetables
- 100g bok choy
- 🧅 5cm minced green onion
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
Protein
- 🍤 50g peeled shrimp
- 80g ground chicken

- 2 tbsp cornstarch

Remove the vein from the shrimp, rinse with water, and pat dry. Chop finely.
Separate bok choy leaves and trim the root. Mince the green onion.
In a bowl, combine shrimp, chicken, green onion, sake, salt, soy sauce, ginger, and cornstarch. Mix until sticky.
Place 1/8 of the filling onto each dumpling wrapper. Wet the edges with water, fold in half, and seal. Repeat for all wrappers.
Layer bok choy in a microwave-safe dish, sprinkle with sake, and arrange dumplings on top. Cover and microwave at 600W for 3-4 minutes until cooked through.
