- 🍚 2 bowls warm rice (400g)
- 🍗 200g ground chicken
- 🧅 1/2 onion, minced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 🍅 3 cherry tomatoes, quartered
- Sliced chili, as needed
- 🥚 2 soft-boiled eggs
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍋 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 1/2 tsp dried basil

Mince the onion, dice the bell pepper into 1cm cubes, and quarter the cherry tomatoes.
Mix all seasoning ingredients in a microwave-safe container, then add ground chicken and mix well.
Add minced onion to the container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 3 minutes.
Add sliced chili and diced bell pepper, mix well, cover loosely, and microwave at 600W for another 3 minutes.
Serve warm rice in a bowl, top with the cooked chicken mixture, cherry tomatoes, and soft-boiled eggs.
