- 150g silken tofu
- 🥚 1 egg
Seasoning
- 1 tsp consomme
- 🍅 1 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp medium-thick sauce
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
Oil
- 1 tsp salad oil
Toppings
- 🧀 Pizza cheese as needed
- Pinch of dried parsley

Wrap tofu in kitchen paper and place a weight on it to drain water for about 20 minutes.
In a bowl, mix tofu, ground meat, consomme, ketchup, sauce, salad oil, and salt and pepper. Spread the mixture evenly in a microwave-safe dish and sprinkle pizza cheese on top.
Microwave uncovered at 600W for 7–8 minutes.
Place a soft-boiled egg in the center and sprinkle dried parsley before serving.
