- 🧡 2 tbsp soy-marinated salmon roe

- 100g lotus root
- 🍄 1 shiitake mushroom

- 🥚 1 beaten egg
Seasonings
- 2 tsp salad oil
- 🌰 1 tsp toasted white sesame seeds
- 🧂 2 tsp soy sauce
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 3 tbsp water
