- 150g ground meat
Vegetables
- 🥔 1 large potato (about 150g)
- 🥕 1/3 carrot (about 50g)
- 🧅 1/2 onion (about 100g)
Spices
- 1 tbsp curry powder
Grains
- 🍚 2 bowls cooked rice (250-300g)
Dairy
- 🧀 80g pizza cheese
- 🧈 20g salted butter
- 🥛 1 cup milk
Oils and Sauces
- 1 tbsp salad oil
- 🧂 1 tsp soy sauce
Flour
- 4 tbsp flour
Liquids
- 💧 1 cup water

- 🧂 2/3 tsp salt

Peel and dice the potato, carrot, and onion into small pieces.
Heat 1 tbsp of salad oil in a pan and sauté the ground meat until browned.
Add the diced vegetables to the pan and cook until softened.
Sprinkle 1 tbsp of curry powder and mix well with the ingredients.
Add 1 tsp soy sauce and stir to combine.
In a separate pan, melt 20g of butter and stir in 4 tbsp of flour to make a roux.
Gradually add 1 cup of milk and 1 cup of water to the roux, stirring constantly to avoid lumps.
Season the sauce with 2/3 tsp salt and mix well.
Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F).
Spread the cooked rice evenly in a baking dish.
Layer the meat and vegetable mixture over the rice.
Pour the prepared curry cream sauce over the top.
Sprinkle 80g of pizza cheese on top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is golden and bubbly.
