Rice
- 🍚 2 bowls cooked rice (400g)
Meat
- 100g minced pork
Egg
- 🥚 2 beaten eggs
Vegetables
- 1/2 red bell pepper (75g), diced
- 1 green bell pepper (30g), diced
Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp curry powder
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
단계
Dice the red bell pepper into 1cm cubes. Cut the green bell pepper in half, remove seeds and stem, and dice into 1cm cubes.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add minced pork and stir-fry until the meat changes color. Add red bell pepper and green bell pepper, and stir-fry for about 1 minute.
Push the pork and vegetables to one side of the pan. Add cooked rice and beaten eggs. Stir-fry to break up the rice and mix until it becomes fluffy. Add the seasoning ingredients and stir-fry to combine.
Drizzle soy sauce around the pan and quickly stir-fry to finish.
