- 🐟 1 mackerel fillet (280g)
Seasoning
- 🧂 A pinch of salt
- 🌾 White sesame seeds as needed
Marinade
- 🍶 1 tbsp sake
- 🍶 50cc mirin
- 🧂 50cc soy sauce
