재료
Vegetables
- 🥕 1 carrot, cut into 7mm sticks
- 100g shirataki noodles
Oil and Seeds
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 🌰 1 tbsp ground white sesame seeds
Seasoning
- 1/2 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp miso paste
- 💧 1 tbsp water

Cut the carrot into 4cm lengths and 7mm sticks.
Rub shirataki noodles with salt, rinse, boil for 3 minutes, drain, and cut into manageable lengths.
Mix all seasoning ingredients in a bowl.
Heat sesame oil in a pan and stir-fry shirataki noodles for 3 minutes over medium heat.
Add carrot to the pan and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes.
Pour the mixed seasoning into the pan, stir well, cover, and simmer for 3 minutes over medium heat.
Remove the lid, stir while evaporating excess liquid, and transfer to a serving plate. Sprinkle ground sesame seeds on top.
