- 🐖 150g sliced pork

- 🟤 1.5 tbsp miso
- 🥫 1 tbsp mayonnaise

Place the steamed Chinese noodles on a microwave-safe plate, cut a slit in the package, and microwave at 600W for 40 seconds to loosen.
Mix the miso mayo sauce ingredients (miso, mayonnaise, pepper) in a bowl.
Heat 1 tbsp of mayonnaise in a frying pan over medium heat, add the pork, and stir-fry until the meat changes color. Add the cut vegetables and stir-fry until softened. Season with salt and pepper.
Add the steamed Chinese noodles and 2 tbsp of water to the pan, stir-frying to loosen the noodles. Add the miso mayo sauce and mix until well combined.
