재료
Base
- 3 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 🥛 3 tbsp milk
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
- 🧅 green onion to taste
Meat Mixture
- 200g ground meat
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 🧂 pinch of salt and pepper
Seasoning
- 3 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp miso
- 💧 100cc water

Combine breadcrumbs and milk in a bowl to moisten.
Finely chop the onion, place in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 1 minute.
Mix all seasoning ingredients (mirin, sugar, miso, water) in a bowl.
Add the meat mixture ingredients (ground meat, onion, salt and pepper) to the breadcrumb mixture and mix until sticky. Divide into two portions and shape into patties.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the patties and cook until browned on one side. Flip, cover, and steam-fry on low heat for 7 minutes until cooked through.
Add the seasoning mixture to the pan, bring to a boil, then cover and simmer on low heat for 5 minutes. Plate and garnish with green onion.
