- 1 can (190g) mackerel in water
Vegetables
- 🥕 1/2 carrot (75g), sliced thinly
- 2 cabbage leaves (160g), chopped
Seasoning
- 2 tsp Japanese dashi powder
- 3 tbsp miso paste
