Vegetables
- 1 bunch mitsuba, chopped into 3cm pieces
- 🧅 1/4 onion, thinly sliced
Eggs
- 🥚 2 eggs, beaten
Seasoning
- 💧 200cc water
- 80cc concentrated soy sauce (3x)
