Rice
- 🍚 2 bowls cooked rice (300g)
Fish
- 🐟 1 can sardines in kabayaki sauce (100g)
Vegetables
- 3 shiso leaves, thinly sliced
- 2 slices ginger, minced
Condiments
- 1 umeboshi, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp vinegar
