- 100g chopped mizuna
- 1 tbsp dried wakame

- 70g canned tuna in oil
Seasonings
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- Pinch of black pepper
- 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds

Rehydrate the dried wakame in plenty of water, then drain well. Cut the mizuna into 3cm pieces.
