    • 100g mozuku seaweed
    • 70g mizuna greens
    • 🧅 85g sliced green onion
    • 🍄 100g shimeji mushrooms
    • Ponzu sauce, as needed

    • 💧 600ml water
    • 10cm dried kombu
  • Seasoning

    • 1 tbsp sake
    • 🧂 1/2 tsp salt

Cut mizuna into 4cm pieces, slice green onion diagonally, and separate shimeji mushrooms into small clusters.

Cut silken tofu into 6 equal pieces.

Heat the pot with kombu over medium heat until just before boiling, then remove the kombu. Add sake and salt, mix well, then add tofu, green onion, and shimeji mushrooms. Cover and simmer on low heat for 3-4 minutes.

Add mizuna and mozuku to the pot and heat until warmed through.

Serve with ponzu sauce for dipping.
