- 6 myoga bulbs
- 1 umeboshi (pickled plum)
Oil
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp miso
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp ground sesame

Slice the myoga into thin rounds. Remove the pit from the umeboshi and mash it with a knife.
