- 🌽 100g tortilla chips
Toppings
- 🥑 1 avocado, diced
- 🧀 40g shredded pizza cheese
Chili Con Carne
- 🌰 50g canned red kidney beans
- 🐖 100g ground pork
- 🍅 200g canned diced tomatoes
- 🍅 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1/2 tsp consomme powder
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper

Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit and peel, then dice into 1cm cubes.
In a microwave-safe container, mix all chili con carne ingredients and break up the pork. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 3 minutes.
Remove the wrap, stir well, and microwave uncovered at 600W for another 3 minutes until the pork is cooked through.
Arrange tortilla chips in a heatproof dish, top with chili con carne, sprinkle with cheese, and bake in a toaster oven for about 4 minutes until the cheese melts. Garnish with diced avocado.
