Tortilla Ingredients
- 80g strong flour
- 80g weak flour
- 1/3 tsp baking powder
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp salad oil
- 💧 70–80cc water
Chili Con Carne Ingredients
- 150g ground meat
- 50g kidney beans (canned)
- 🍅 1/2 can diced tomatoes
- 1/2 tsp curry powder
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
Additional Ingredients
- Salad oil as needed
- 🧀 Powdered cheese to taste

Mix the dry ingredients for the tortilla in a bowl and add salad oil.
Gradually add water and mix until the dough forms a cohesive ball.
Dust with flour and roll out the dough using a rolling pin, then cut into bite-sized pieces.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan to 180°C and fry the tortilla pieces until golden on both sides.
Combine the chili con carne ingredients in a microwave-safe dish, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 8 minutes.
Serve the fried tortillas with chili con carne and sprinkle powdered cheese on top as desired.
