Vegetables
- 125g nagaimo, diced into 1cm cubes
- 60g okra, sliced into 1cm pieces
Seasonings
- 1/2 tsp white sesame seeds
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 🧂 A pinch of salt
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp yuzu pepper
