Vegetables
- 100g nagaimo, peeled and diced
- 3 okra, trimmed and sliced
Seaweed
- 10g tororo kombu
Seasonings
- 1 tsp sake
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1/3 tsp dashi powder
- 💧 400ml water

Peel and dice the nagaimo into 1cm cubes. Trim the okra, rub with salt, rinse, and slice into 1cm pieces.
