Cut the new potatoes into bite-sized pieces with the skin on, soak in water, and lightly drain. Place in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 5 minutes. Drain the water. Slice the onion thinly and slice the bell pepper horizontally after removing the seeds and stem.
Slice the sausages diagonally into thin pieces.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the onion and stir-fry until softened. Add the bell pepper, sausages, and new potatoes, and stir-fry for about 2 minutes until coated with oil.
Add the ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, and salt and pepper. Stir-fry for about 1 minute until well combined.
Serve on a plate and sprinkle powdered cheese on top.
