Noodles
- 2 packs steamed Chinese noodles
Meat
- 120g ground pork
Vegetables
- 2 eggplants, diced into 1cm cubes
- Chopped green onion, as needed
Egg
- 🥚 2 egg yolks
Seasoning
- 1 tsp sake
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 1.5 tbsp salad oil
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 2 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp miso

Dice eggplants into 1cm cubes.
Mix the sauce ingredients (sake, soy sauce, sugar, miso) in a bowl.
Place steamed Chinese noodles, sake, and sesame oil in a microwave-safe container.
Microwave noodles at 600W for 2 minutes, then stir to loosen.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan and sauté ground pork and grated ginger over medium heat until the pork changes color.
Add diced eggplants and stir-fry until softened.
Pour the prepared sauce into the pan and stir until evenly coated.
Plate the noodles, top with the stir-fried mixture, garnish with green onions, and place egg yolks on top.
