- 1 pack natto with sauce
- 200g grated yam
- 1 tbsp chopped pickled ginger
- 1 sheet nori seaweed
- 4 tbsp salad oil
For serving
- Soy sauce as needed

Chop the pickled ginger and grate the yam. Cut the nori seaweed into 10 equal pieces.
In a bowl, mix the natto thoroughly. Add the grated yam, chopped pickled ginger, and the natto sauce, then mix well.
Place 1/10 of the mixture onto each piece of nori and roll it from the edge. Repeat to make 10 rolls.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the rolls, turning them until golden brown on all sides.
Serve the rolls on a plate and accompany with soy sauce as desired.
