Noodles
- 🍜 2 packs steamed Chinese noodles
Protein
- 2 packs minced natto with sauce
Vegetables
- 1/2 bunch chives
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp ponzu soy sauce
- Pinch of black pepper
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Topping
- Bonito flakes as needed

Cut the chives into 3–4 cm pieces.
Mix the minced natto with the included sauce in a bowl.
Place the steamed Chinese noodles in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 1 minute to loosen.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add the steamed noodles, and stir-fry to loosen. Add the chives and stir briefly, then add the natto mixture, ponzu soy sauce, and black pepper, and stir-fry together.
Serve on a plate and top with bonito flakes.
