Toppings
- 20g boiled shirasu
- 2 stalks of chopped negi
- 🧀 50g pizza cheese
- 1/2 tbsp olive oil
- Seaweed to taste
Sauce
- 1 1/2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp soy sauce
Dough
- 100g strong flour
- 50g weak flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 🧂 A pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 80cc warm water

Cut the negi into small slices. Mix mayonnaise and soy sauce in a bowl to prepare the sauce.
In a separate bowl, mix strong flour, weak flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt. Add olive oil and warm water, then mix until the dough forms.
Place the dough on a sheet of parchment paper and roll it into a 25cm circle using a rolling pin.
Transfer the dough to a baking tray. Spread the sauce evenly, then top with negi, shirasu, pizza cheese, and drizzle olive oil.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 15 minutes. Finish by sprinkling torn nori on top.
