- 🧂 1 tsp sugar
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp sake
Negi Miso
- 🧅 10cm minced green onion
- 🧂 1 tsp sugar
- 1.5 tbsp miso
- Pinch of pepper

Cut the chicken breast horizontally to halve its thickness, pierce it with a fork in several places, and season with sugar and salt. Place it on a heatproof plate and let it sit for 30 minutes.
Mince the green onion and mix it with the other Negi Miso ingredients in a bowl.
Stuff the chicken breast with the Negi Miso mixture, sprinkle sake over it, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 4 minutes.
Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes with the wrap still on, then plate and serve.
