Meat
- 150g thinly sliced pork belly
Vegetables
- 🧅 2 stalks of green onion
Seasoning
- 🧂 A pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp potato starch
Cooking Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Sauce Ingredients
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 💧 3 tbsp water
- 🌰 1 tbsp white sesame seeds

Cut the white part of the green onion into halves and finely chop the green part.
Sprinkle salt and pepper on the pork slices and coat them with potato starch.
Wrap the pork slices around the white part of the green onion to make 4 rolls.
Heat salad oil in a pan, place the rolls, and cook over medium heat until browned. Add 2 tbsp of water, cover, and cook on low heat for 4 minutes. Remove rolls from the pan.
Wipe excess oil with a paper towel, add the chopped green onion and sauce ingredients, and cook until the sauce thickens.
Cut the rolls into bite-sized pieces, plate them, and pour the sauce over.
