- Enough salad oil for frying
Marinade
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 🧄 1/3 tsp grated garlic
Negi Shio Sauce
- 🧄 1/3 tsp grated garlic
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 4 tbsp sesame oil
