- 🐖 150g pork belly shabu-shabu slices
Vegetables
- 🥒 1 cucumber
- 🥬 1/2 head lettuce (160g)
Sauce
- 🧅 1/2 stalk minced green onion
- 🧄 1/4 tsp grated garlic
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp sesame oil

Cut off the ends of the cucumber, slice it diagonally into thin pieces, and julienne. Cut the lettuce in half lengthwise and shred. Mince the green onion.
Bring water to a boil in a pot, reduce to low heat, and cook the pork slices one by one until their color changes. Remove and cool.
Mix the green onion, garlic, salt, and sesame oil in a bowl to prepare the negi shio dare sauce.
Arrange lettuce and cucumber in a serving dish, place the pork on top, and drizzle with the negi shio dare sauce.
