Hamburg Patty
- 🐟 200g minced tuna
- 🥚 1 egg white
- 🧅 1/3 stalk green onion, chopped
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 2 tbsp potato starch
- 1 tsp soy sauce
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
Garnish
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, as needed
- 🥚 1 egg yolk
Cooking Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil

Cut the green onion into small slices after making crosswise cuts.
