- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 bag bean sprouts
- 1/2 bunch chives
Nira Sauce
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 2 tsp mirin
- 1 tsp sake
- 1 tsp sesame oil

Place the chicken breast in a microwave-safe dish, sprinkle sake over it, and season with salt and pepper.
Cover the dish loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 3 minutes. Flip the chicken and microwave for another 3 minutes.
Chop the chives into small pieces.
Mix the sauce ingredients (gochujang, mirin, sake, sesame oil) in a bowl.
Cover the bowl loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 30 seconds. Add the chopped chives and mix well.
Place the bean sprouts in a microwave-safe dish, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 1 minute.
Arrange the bean sprouts on a serving plate, slice the chicken into bite-sized pieces, and place on top. Pour the sauce over the chicken and serve.
