Main Ingredients
- 150g somen noodles
- 🥚 1 egg
- 50g nira (Chinese chives)
Oil
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp Chinese stock powder
단계
Cut the nira into bite-sized pieces.
Crack the egg into a bowl and beat it to make a whisked egg.
Boil water in a pot, add the somen noodles, and cook according to the package instructions. Rinse under cold water and drain well.
Heat half of the sesame oil (1/2 tbsp) in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the whisked egg and stir with chopsticks while cooking to make scrambled eggs. Remove from the pan.
Add the remaining sesame oil (1/2 tbsp) to the same frying pan and heat over medium heat. Add the somen noodles and stir-fry until coated with oil.
Add the nira, scrambled eggs, and all seasonings (sake, salt, soy sauce, Chinese stock powder) to the pan. Stir-fry everything together until well combined.
